Booking cancellation depends on and differs according to the nature of the tour. Last-moment changes or cancellation is not acceptable on tour day, and no refund is possible. In case of a medical emergency, management will decide and a maximum of 50% of the amount will be refunded, which doesn’t include the transaction charges or the currency conversion charges.
In case of booking cancellation, your refund will proceed within 10-15 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the canceled booking but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, the order/booking gets canceled automatically.
If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer.
Refunds will only be provided through the bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.
The ATV (quad bike/buggy/kart) ride segment is solely the participant’s responsibility. Listening to and following the tour guide/leader is strongly recommended. Any damage, injuries sustained, or items lost during the tour are not covered by the company. All participants must sign an indemnity form before the tour.
