Abu Dhabi: Grand Mosque, Royal Palace, and Etihad Towers

• The transportation is by a shared car.
• We accommodate up to 7 guests in a vehicle.
• Private cars can accommodate 1-6 people. (as per booking)

• Pick-up from outside Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman will be advised to come to a nearby location.
• Drop-off time is based on your hotel location and the city traffic. (as per booking)
• Shared vehicles can have 2 to 3 different locations for pick-up and drop-off.
• All guests will be dropped back to their pick-up place only.
• Shared vehicles will only leave for drop-off at the end of the tour only.

For Women:

• You must have arms and legs completely covered
• Your hair must be completely covered
• The only skin that can show is your hands, feet, and face
• If you are not properly dressed (don’t worry, this applies to most tourists) you will be sent to the dressing room where you can hire an Abaya (which covers your body) and Shayla (which covers your head). This is all part of the experience so embrace it! Please don’t think this means you should wear the skimpiest outfit underneath! You will still be lining up with other Muslim tourists and respect should be shown throughout your visit to Abu Dhabi.

For Men:

• Men should be in long trousers and sleeves.

• Men should have long trousers with legs completely covered and shirt sleeves (at least elbow length).
• If you are wearing shorts, you will be asked to enter a dressing room to hire (for free) a Kandura for your visit. 

For Children:

• Pre-pubescent children are free to dress as they please
• From early puberty and beyond, particularly for the girls they will ask that the same dress code for women entering the Grand Mosque be followed.

Shoes inside the Grand Mosque:

• If you don’t want to walk around inside the Grand Hall of the mosque itself on bare feet you will want to make sure you bring your nicest socks!

• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• If anyone in the group has any physical disabilities, please inform us at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate.

• The company takes no responsibility and does not provide any insurance for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death that you or anyone else may suffer.
• You are advised to have comprehensive travel and health insurance.
• All personal effects are at your sole risk at all times during the tour.
• You understand and accept the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain activities.
• You take responsibility for ensuring that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in a particular activity.

• On tour day, no changes or cancellation is acceptable, and the customer will be charged the full amount of the booking.
• Only in emergency situations, 50% of the tour cost will be paid by the customer.
