Transportation
- Pick-up from the Hotel by a Shared/Private car.
- Drop-off time is based on your hotel location and the city traffic. (as per booking)
- A shared car can accommodate up to 7 guests
- Shared vehicles can have 2 to 3 different locations for pick-up and drop-off.
- All guests will be dropped back to their pick-up place only.
- Shared vehicles will only leave for drop-off at the end of the tour only.

- Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo may change operating hours or close temporarily due to refurbishing, capacity, inclement weather, or special events, and may otherwise be discounted without notice and without liability to the owner.
- The ticket is only valid for general admission to Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.
- Children under 2 years of age are free of charge.
- Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (16+ years old).
- Tickets are valid within 30 days of booking.
- The ticket does not entitle the holder to non-complimentary services or provisions within Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.
- Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- All persons entering the venue are subject to the rules and regulations set by the management.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Tickets are non-refundable & cannot be revalidated under any circumstances.
- Tickets must be used before the expiry date.
